At work I find myself day-dreaming about fulltime. I churn it around and around in my head. The unadulterated elation I will feel if we win. I haven't dared contemplate how I will navigate a loss.

I don't think I've ever been as nervous before a game. Any game. At the start of the finals I was thinking along the same lines as plenty of others: oh we've done well to get this far.

But after three finals wins, some kind of threshold has been crossed, and I can't think that way now. Nothing else but a win will suffice.

We've gotta beat those merged bastards.

          Destroy!

I think he had a revelation and realised how good life is without Finch

What this year has done is brought a lot of us together and its all good.

Im feeling a mixture of emotions at the moment...a heart bursting with pride for this club, team, colours everything for where we are at....ive been calm early this week, but now the nerves are really starting to kick.

I listened to our Easts to Win song this morning, that just got me emotional..fark and its only Wednesday...how the hell are we supposed to concentrate and function between now and then...

I have belief in this team...belief and hope that the team can do it...do it for us, for themselves, for their family, for this great club and for the bloke on the field next to them on the field.

This is ours for the taking

                          GO EASTS!!!

Pretty much this ^ I was confident a few days ago and now it's this gradual decline into being a nervous wreck. The telegraph and media love in is not helping either, I'm so used to seeing a bunch of anti easts comments that that actually settles my nerves.

No way - both times dragons beat us we played like shit. We are getting better each week and i think that we are about to peak in the grandfinal. If our defense can contain the dragons then im super confident that we have the strike players to do some damage. Im thinking of when we beat brisbane at suncorp then followed that up with a better performance at parramatta stadium when we (the roosters) put a full stop to the Hayne Train Express.

If we can be patient, disciplined and clinical - and then thats us, for sure

                                The nerves are leaving people.

Im a corpse today. Like swimming in a pool of the 'done.

Saints are trying hard to convince themselves they are ready. Our boys are acting like they are ready.

Im really starting to get quietly confident now. It is building.

                                We will get there.

                                Go Easts!
