Now I don't want to get too ahead of myself but I was doing a bit of research on our young players with First Grade Experience. I just have to say what a great job Peter O'Sullivan and co have done and how excited I am not just for this weekend but for the next 5+ years. If we can keep some semblance of this group together we are going to be scary. 5 GF's in 11 Years. HA

This team is potentially the start of another great era for the Roosters. we just need to start grooming another young fullback to take over from Mini when he goes, and someone to replace Ryles when he goes. It all looks good for the next few years at least.

Yes but we will keep the spine of the team intact the same as Melbourne has and O'Sullivan will unearth some more youngsters like BJ, Linnett & co. With Carney and Pearce in the team and a more focused recruitment officer in O'Sullivan we should be more than competitive for at least the next 5 years.

I'm resigned to losing a few, but we'll try and keep as many of them as we can and if we keep the spine it should be good. How many are on long term contracts??
