    How are those seats considered Cat A Reserve? I'm on the phone to Ticketek now. I'm pissed off.

        Ticketek essentially told me too bad so sad. They said best chance is to try and get to a Ticketek office early Tuesday morning and be first in line, ask to refund the seats and get better seating. But they also said they probably won't refund them as it's business rules.

        SO ****ING ANGRY, I just sent this to the NRL;

        I am a MyNRL member and I bought category A reserve tickets for the Grand Final on 29-07-10. Now that the Roosters have qualified for the Grand Final I went to the ANZ Stadium website to have a look at the seats (I have never been to ANZ Stadium before so I have no idea the seating layout). Upon looking at the seats I had purchased for $180 (x2 as I bought 2 tickets) I notice that we are essentially in the nose bleeds. This is not the area I would assume Category A Reserve ticketing would purchase. I have contacted Ticketek and they have essentially told me there is nothing they can do. I am honestly very unhappy and upset at this level of service. I was not advised upon purchasing the tickets online that these are the seats I would be allocated and as I purchased Cat A Reserve I would think they would be MUCH closer to the ground. Is there anything you can do to help me rectify the situation?

              We were caught with those same cost a couple of years ago - it was manly/storm grandfinal - you know the one - 40 what - oh 40 -nil!!!!
              Anyway it cost us $480 for 2 kids & 2 adults and we were seated way way up high! Yes, literally nose bleed seats - we had no sooner sat down and my daughter aged 8 at the time, got a nose bleed - all I can say is I was glad we had aisle seats!!! I did feel ripped off - however after watching the games and the entertainment, it was worth it. Having said that I have to try to get tickets this Tuesday, for my daughter and msyelf this year, my son is (supposed) to be running in the Roosters Harold Matts Relay team so he and hubby should have their tickets provided! I will take a seat anywhere, just to be there~!

                Oh don't get me wrong, I am stoked to be going. Especially now that we've qualified. It's just nowhere was I told those are also Cat A seats. If I had bought Cat B or C I'd have gotten better seating.

                      Hindsight is a beautiful thing. I'm not sure I had a chance to see the Aisle I was allocated before I bought them, but I was running off the assumption that Category A would be decent seating.

                        I might just try and offload these and buy new tickets on Tuesday. I am going to get down to my local Ticketek office early Tuesday morning and try my hardest to refund and switch the seating.

                        In the end worse comes to worse I'm still going to be at the Grand Final to watch our boys!

                              I went to every GF at the nosebleed arena from 1999 to 2005, always paid top dollar for cat A seats and always ended up in the back 2 rows........ walked up a thousand stairs to get to shit seats.......absolutely ****ing useless, the only decent seats are between row 15 and 25 in 106 os 107, and they are selling for over $500 each on ebay, Id love to be there but the stadium is ****ing shithouse, a pain to get to and get home from, no decent pubs anywhere, parking a ****ing bus ride away, no ****ing atmosphere, ask anyone who was at Suncorp last night which they prefer..................the NRL should build a proper ****ing Rectangular FOOTY stadium that seats 60 to 70 thousand, I love the SFS but even its not up to Suncorp standard.
