I think we are are being a little hard on JAubbs. The first time I saw it I was a little miffed about his behavior but looking at the game again, you have to feel a little sorry. So what if he was upset. Is he supposed to 'keep a stiff upper lip', if he was told he wasn't going to play in the grand final? I'm not in his situation so I can't be critical. I know if I was in a promotion situation at my work and I didn't get it, I'd be very pissed off but what can you do about it? I think some here should be a little more understanding than be critical because he wasn't jumping up and down and knowing you wont feature in the grand final.

The coaching staff wouldn't tell him he wasn't playing in the GF before the game or during the game would they? So he had no reason to be a sook!!

For the Roosters, hooker James Aubusson has been cleared of suspected broken ribs after being taken to Brisbane's St Andrew's Hospital following Friday night's 32-6 win over Gold Coast.

As his teammates celebrated in their dressing room at Suncorp Stadium, Aubusson was visibly upset, fearing he would miss the grand final. However, X-rays have indicated no break and Roosters doctor John Orchard said the 24-year-old was ''90 per cent likely'' to be fit.

Either way, if Graham is fit, Aubusson shouldn't be there.

We can't drop Leilua at this stage either.

Sorry it's still no excuse. Do you think Ricko reacted that way when he thought he was missing the GF?

Suspected broken ribs. Should have been sent up the tunnel for mine. Very strange behavior and or strange handling of the situation.

im with melon, if he had (suspected) broken ribs he would have been rushed up the tunnel and wouldnt have been seen sitting on the bike when he was dragged.
He was clearly sulking cause he was hooked after 20min.

I don't get it. If he had suspected broken ribs, why didn't he have an ice pack strapped to him. Why was he still on the bike throughout the game? Why wasn't it reported by the commentators during the game?

Ricko wasn't-supposedly- told by the coach...he was rubbed out by the judiciary. Neither he or the club could do anything.
Why look at little things in peoples expressions in a week like this? Lets move on. Be happy for our club and if you want, be sad for the fella. Lets put ourselves in his shoes rather than chastise the guy because he didn't have an "oh what a feeling' moment on camera. I'm sure he is very happy for Mitch.

He was at the training day today and looked pretty relaxed and happy.
