      So is commitment.

You want a membership now the club is going okay. Where was your enthusiasm in March? Do you think it's fair you would have equal access to GF tickets as the people who stumped up $200 at the start of the year?

Hold the phone bluester, I don't see one point of argument from me! Why are you so agro? I have been calm and rational....

All I said was " What is the best way to get some tickets or is it impossible?"

Then I said "I am happy to buy a membership"

I have lived in the Eastern suburbs for more than 15 years. I have supported the Roosters & the local area for quite some time before March 2010 my friend. Before you go off the handle once again, have a good think about what has been said by myself before trying to either ridicule me or put me down! Now go find a doctor and get a dose of anti angry pills..... fair dinkum....

Dont worry Dubai, He must think we all should fork out $200.00, even if we don't live in the hell hole Sydney.

Deadset must be the only true Roosters supporter around. Pffft.

              I don't think there's much agro going on besides adzta's ultra-sarcastic posts.

But, to reiterate, I can't recall any 'how do I get a membership so I can buy GF tickets' threads in March when this club was wooden spooners.

DR if "price is not a problem" you will have no trouble finding a ticket for the GF.

Adzta I'm guessing you're from Brisbane. Stones and glass houses come to mind when you call Sydney a hell hole

My point was just that the people who spent money on ticketed memberships at the start of the year obviously deserve preferential treatment for GF tickets. And it's my opinion that it is a shame that this semi-final is being played away from Sydney because many of the poor sods who trekked it out to Campbelltown and Penrith and Canberra when things weren't so rosy earlier in the season will miss out.

I'm with you. I fork out near $900 every year for my family season tickets and I will be filthy if someone jumps the queue and I miss out. There are football supporters and followers. From what I am reading the followers now wish to become short term supporters. I think the term "FAIR WEATHER SUPPORTERS" comes to mind.

Come on guys, nobody is trying to jump any queues. The Dubai Rooster is a good mate of mine and I can assure you that that is the last thing he is trying to do. Like all of us he is excited by what is happening and wants to get amongst it. If he can afford to spend a few bucks doing so then good luck to him.
I also live overseas and can not attend games. However, if you think that my love of the team or loyalty to them is less than yours you are wrong. Are we out at Campbeltown or Canberra in the middle of winter watching a losing team? No. Do we appreciate all the supporters that are? Of course. We love the Roosters as much as anyone but for professional and life reasons can not be there. However, for something as big as a GF then a mercy dash needs to be considered. I would say the Dubai Rooster is showing some serious committment to the team by spending his time, money and efforts to be there.
I watch most of the games on Australia Network which I get in Hong Kong or nrlfix.com. I admit a loss is less bearable from the comfort of my home as compared to a long trip back from Canberra or NZ but that is life.
We don't need to get into a dick measuring contest about who is the biggest supporter.
There will be plenty of Titans (hopefully) or St. Merge or Tigers supporters trying to offload tickets next week. Anyone who wants a ticket and can afford to pay for one will find one somewhere.
Good on you Dubai Rooster for your committment. I'm still trying to figure out if I can be there as well.

From Sydney live in Brisbane. Apart from a few of the locals, I will take this hell hole any day of the week.

I just find it amusing that you and others have a dig about people that don't spend on membership. So me trecking to NQ, Goldie, Suncorp, SFS & ANZ, this year makes me Fairweather.

Dubai is OS and just making an enquiry, and your reply for a person who is a writer for this site was shit.

                      So please excuse the sarcasim.

I thought The Gold Coast should get an advantage, being that they finished, 4th and had a week off for winning their final.

Bloody Cartwright and Co not making the trip to Sydney, so you can watch it live, and give us the advantage. What are they thinking?

Hope you mate the trip up to the hole this weekend.

                              Oh boy, you rambling fool.

Be patient and their will be a plethora of tickets available.

Do you know any members? Maybe they can get you one or offer you their code if it's not been used. I've already given mine away, if I could give it to more than one person, I would!
