  • JWH incident

Morley has done a couple stints on the sideline for very similar raised shoulders. Yet JWH lying on the ground concussed and the refs all turn a blind eye not wanting to hand the roosters victory with a penalty.

If it wasn't for a very lucky turn of events in the last 30 seconds these referee assholes would have cost us our season.

      Amen dice, AMEN.

How the fark that wasn't a penalty to the Roosters for the attack to the head of JWH by dwyer I have NO idea. I am certain if Morley or JWH himself had done that, the repercussions against the Roosters would have been commensurate.

If it happened in the first half a penalty for sure. 2 minutes out to give us the game, never a chance. The scrum probably should have been a penalty to the Tigers but I think Hayne thought we should have got the penalty first and let it go.

It should have been a penalty and victory to us. Direct contact with the head. Vicious.

Fox sports have commented on it on their site. We just might hear a bit more of it.

The NRL have said all along, if anyone shoulder charges and it goes wrong then they pay the consequences. That was one that went wrong. It will be interesting to see if he gets charged. I think Ellis will be let off for his high shot.

Hayne very rarely sides with the roosters! The decision to ignore didnt surprise me!

It was a bullshit call that just about cost us our season, i guarantee you that if that was a Roosters player who made that tackle it would've been a penalty and if it was JWH i wouldn't have been surprised if he would've been in the bin. But as they say, karma's a bitch sometimes.

To be honest, i had no problem with it.

JWH went into the tackle low, and it was a damn good hit by a young kid with the game on the line.

... however in the context of today's refereeing, that is a penalty every time. Ellis was penalised for something much softer earlier in the game. The refs basically took the less 'controversial' option.

I hate it that in today's game, such a great hit can be penalised because the attacking player is going into the tackle low or is falling down.
