can someone please tell me what position braith is actually playing?

He is listed as lock on fox sports, but on nrl.com and here he is second row.

he's been playing second row ever since he's been moved into the forward pack, its more of a defensive positioning as he plays on an edge, compared to a lock who plays in the middle of the field.

        Correct.

The way we really have been playing, is Aubusson hitting holes and setting up tries on the right, Anasta hitting holes and setting up tries on the left, Nuuausala bashing and barging up the middle looking for offloads, while Myles and Ryles do the gritty hard work up front.

Hargreaves and Masoe usually come on together to provide the aggressive impact and massive hitups that Myles and Ryles sometimes lack, and Conn replaces Nuuausala to do a bit more of the hard work while the impact men are on.

The balance is perfect IMO, we need to hold on to every single one of these blokes, and get Kennedy ready to replace Ryles when he retires. I don't really see how Cherrington, Symonds, Guerra, Lowe and Cordner could fit in to such a brilliant forward rotation (although Cordner, Lowe or Symonds could always do what Conn does if he leaves for a bigger pay packet).

Our forwards have been incredibly disappointing over the last month IMO. They don't make enough metres, give away lots of penalties and have shown some very poor ruck defense. If they finally pull their shit together, our backs are more than capable. If they play the same however, no doubt Farah and marshall will cut them up.

Our team and the potential bench looks really strong on paper though. No Koups has made me more confident; we won't have to put up with his routine brain-explosions and shitty passing. God knows why it has taken Smith this long to realise he's a liability, but I suppose better late than never.

Anyway, I'm quite conflicted on whether i should watch the game live or not. The swannies will be playing at the same time (start 40 min after Roosters vs Tigers kick-off) and I can't bring myself to not watch them when it could be kirky or roosy's last game or a prelim final birth which would be amazing!!

Hopefully the Roosters will have sewn up the win and smashed the tigers 30 minutes into the game so i can change the channel without any guilt.

One thing i know is that Mose will not play tommorow 100 % and i think Kennedy will take his place which is a damn good replacement

Masoe is running out for Newtown, Koups also playing for the Jets so no late call up for him.

I was under the impression that if Mose was fit, he would play.

Are we crazy? How can we leave him out when it matters most? He is our best go-forward man.

Yeah I have no idea what Brian is thinking....really gutted he is a starting prop for Newtown instead of on our bench, maybe concerned about our bench being too big and exposed by Farah and co up the guts?

Leilua's not playing for the Jets too, right?

I am very angry about this...very very angry. Mose is our key forward, no way can Kennedy be better than him off the bench.

If he is fit, he should have played.

                              32 - 28 Newtown won.

Scoreline flattered Wenty, 2 intercept tries and a kick deflection length of the field try as well.

Symonds and Foran were in everything, Masoe and Verlinden were big up front. Naughton was very very good from fullback to.

great to hear Naughton is back and playing well he is about the only outside back depth we have.
