We couldn't hang onto the ball in the 1st half - 6 errors, and ran sideways. 2nd half 2 errors and we actually ran straight! Drug test 'em I say.

you could see smith had a great half time talk. The first set after half time said it all really. Straight and hard and we gained 60m.. unlike the previous half where it was common to see us languishing in our own half

Ford didn't play well at all but I liked the way smith handled it.

moved perret to fullback for the closing stages of the first half. I assume had a word with ford at halftime and then put him straight back to fullback.. having faith in the kid will only build his confidence.

Whatever he said worked. 2 points is 2 points. However, how can we really take them seriously with that first half display? Can we get away with having a 40 min performance like that in games to come. Strangest game i've seen in a long while. Talk about Jeckyl & Hyde performance. I can't work them out.
