  • An extremely hard question...

    Which victory was more satisfying to you, last week against the Vermin or this week's game against the Scum?

    There are so many amazing factors in both of them...

    Souths
    * Beating our oldest rivals for the second time this year and in the dying minutes
    * Retaining the Ron Coote cup
    * Winning a penalty count
    * Laughing at Souths fans
    * The performance of Minichiello who many are writing off (I can be included in this)

    Dogs
    * Beating not only a desperate Dogs team but also the fools in pink
    * Winning 3 in a row for the first time since 2008
    * Braith Anasta having a blinder when many have written him off (me included)
    * Mental toughness and not getting too aggro that we lost control.

    Decisions decisions...

    Souths

    Dogs

          Dirty Dogs.

          Beating that dog-scum with those ****ing cheating ref's. Did the ref's have doggies shirts on under there ref's shirts today

          But beating those Vermin-metho-drinking-centerlink-soup kitcken pricks, comes a very close second.

          Beating both in consecutive weeks........... PRICELESS

            Voted Souths as we matched the best pack on paper (in the league) in a brutal slugfest.

            Both finishes had my heart beating a billion times a second.

                  Although I will never ever discount how amazing it is to beat vermin, the win today was nothing short of breath taking. And there is no dodgy penalty to question whether we deserved the win because they were absolutely against us.

                  And having to sit in the bloody kennel and watching them almost reduced to tears after all the obscene things they were yelling was just magic.

                    Words cannot express my anger at the refereeing this afternoon.

                        The dogs, no question.

                        I was happy when we beat Souffs but I was absolutely apoplectic with happiness when we won against the worst refereeing performance since the 1963 Darcy Lawler Grand Final fix. And that one was bias, this one was just criminal incompetence of the referees.
