One mistake was awful. But otherwise, he was pretty solid.
    And which one was that?

Made a silly knock on. Apart from that, scored a good try. His defence was pretty strong as well. For me he was in our top 3.

Have a close look at that one. I don't think he knocked on. He played it back, the dummy half hesitated before picking it up and shit-for-brains Cummins blew his whistle.

I thought ole two left hands had a good game today.

Read some stats during the week that confirm as he gets older he'll get better.

P.S. you've been outed Shaun Kenny-Dumb in the Roosters supporters pics forum.

I'd hate to be your missus ....you aint soft though

It was pretty consistent with the way that generally gets called, however.....

......it beats the shit out of me how they give a technical penalty like that but Tim Mannah has never touched the football with his foot in his entire first grade career and never been penalised.

                Strange game, Rugby League.

However, there were still rocks. You can throw as many diamonds in, when there's rocks, there's DUMB.

yep thats right but more diamonds than rocks = improvement which is what those of us who believe he deserves a chance have been saying. How about his defence? thought it was really good again today as was perretts. we didnt conceed down that side all day up against monas (who some of us seem to want back at the club) and crocker who he completely outclassed and played.

He is playing under a real coach for the first time in his career and it is making an almighty difference

Dugan slipped out of his bearhug grip twice with ease. The first one led to their second try.

His attempt on that kick return that led to the iceberg try was tragic.

How many time has Dugan done that to much better defenders than SKD.
And he didn't step out of the tackles he stepped away from the outstretched hands of the players or was pushing them off with his fend.

Watch them both again. Then watch how Morris did it to him four times.
He is a grabber. It is much easier to get away from a grabber. He has learned nothing as far as tackling techniques goes under Smithy.

Your'e right, he holds his head back with his arms outstretched, like a 7 year old would do.
He needs to get his body low and push into the tackle with his head behind the players bum and drive in, or if tackling front on drop his sholder into the stomach and drive in. Well at least thats what I was coached to do as a kid.

It's the old adage they cant run without legs
