LOL I came here thinking there were going to be good odds for the Titans v Roosters match. GI at Roosters would be awesome but I don't think its going to happen. GI said in an interview that he wants to stay at the Storm.

I was wondering how long it would take before someone linked us with one of the storm's big 4, the storm know that they will have to shed 1 of the big 4 to satisfy the NRL board and they have come to the conclusion Inglis is the most expendable, he has had some off field dramas and on occassion has been accussed of being lazy and not as committed to training as the rest of the storm squad.

a lot of things have to happen for Inglis to be wearing the Roosters colours, we have to offload a few members of our top 25 to free up some salary cap room, and more importantly Inglis has to get his head around playing against the Storm which he is yet to decide if he wants to do.

we do have the salary cap room to sign 1 big name player and are trying to get Dugan released from the final year of his contract with the raiders as our first priority, if this fails i'm sure we will turn our attention to the likes of Inglis.

it looks like the board has decided to chase a big name outside back against the usually recruitment stratergy of coach Smith, will be interesting to see how things play out.

We do have a few guys off contract this year plus Mason's contract is also up.

One thing people also need to remember is that we won't have to pay for his whole contract as Melbourne need to make up the gap; similar to what we are doing now with Mason.

If Dugan comes in 2012, Braith does come off contract so there will be some money available there.

If they both come next year then Schuey may have to get himself re-aquainted with the ladies at the front desk.

i'm not so sure i'd like this to evenutate.. he takes up A LOT of cap space. I think you guys are also forgetting that he goes missing 85% of the time.. and only really turns up for Rep Games/big clashes
