  • mystery abounds about tonights lineup

will be watching with interest the lineup that runs out for tonights NYC match as it could be a good indication as to the fitness of the likes of Anasta,Conn,Jaubs,Guerra,Linnett who are all in doubt for tonights match.

with Friend and Ethan Lowe spotted training with the first grade squad could these two be in line for a call up tonight, also its interesting that Baiteri and Foran didn't play for the Jets on Saturday.

I'm positive Brian Smith has a few surprises for us tonight given the Rep players backing up and the injured brigade.

And guerra ruled out for a couple of weeks with back spasims????

I would not be suprised to see anasta rested, Carney at 5/8 and Jaubs (if fit) to half

I was considering Foran as an option at half BF, but i am thinking Jaubs will be back.

                    I am expecting to see:

                    1. Minichiello
                    2. Perrett
                    3. Kenny-Dowall
                    4. Jones
                    5. Graham
                    6. Carney
                    7. Foran
                    8. Ryles
                    9. Friend/Aubusson
                    10. Paea
                    11. Guerra/Kouparitsas
                    12. Aubusson
                    13. Myles

                    14. Kouparitsas/Friend
                    15. Baitieri
                    16. Waerea-Hargreaves
                    17. Nuuausala

                    ...or something similar.

Or we could see Linnett come into the side, Jones move to 5/8 and Carney at 7. So many different options we could go with!

I know Symonds played for the Jets. But if he didn't get a lot of game time there, could we see him off the bench tonight possibly?

my biggest concern is Smith gambling on too many players either returning from injury or currently overcoming one, thats why it wouldn't surprise to see the likes of Foran,Friend and Lowe play as they don't have any such injury concerns.

I don't see that Friend offers anything more than Brunton did..
