  • That was terrible

We seem to be getting worse. Our attack that is, at least our defense was better. Thurston will be our for Monday, that's good news. All in all a very hard game to sit through.

What's that got to do with dropping the ball and making stupid errors?

Our error rate must have been through the roof.

The game was super fast and it was super hot. We won the game and held one of the best attacking sides in the comp to 8 points without our halfback or even full strength side and yet, of course, there are still detractors.

Reminds me of Ricky Stuart after the 02 grandfinal saying we didn't play our best footy.

Ricky Stuart was right that day.

Both sides were hopeless with the ball today.

Stupid desicions and crap ball handling hamperd both sides.

Today was just one of those days.

Only 14 to the Tigpies 15, I'd say most were in the 1st half. Can you believe 35 missed tackles????

If you were happy with that performance then you're easily pleased.

We would have struggled to beat any side in the comp today if the opposition actually turned up.

As you say, it was almost impossible to watch today's game - very tense.

The defence was excellent today, though, and the forwards are really starting to muscle up.

It's always handy to pick up points when you play like crap so I was thrilled with the win.

we played crap mate for you to say otherwise is silly. Its sad when Kouperitsis can come on the field and make an impact...that sais how bad we are. FPN is not 1st grade standard regardless of his try, Paea deserves to be dropped.

Nate Myles was great again today. The defence was ok in parts. At least there was effort. Usual suspects making all the mistakes though, every week. Paea and Frank Paul (butter fingers), Braith's 5th tackle options are terrible. Carney kicking down their throat all day.I think Aubo and Nate have been our best this year. Carney started on fire but has plateaued a bit. Missed Pearcey out there. It was very hard to watch sitting there behind the posts at Campbelltown.

We beat a supposedly top four side away from home and let in only one try. We came back from 0-8 down at halftime and kept them scoreless in the second half. We did all of this without our "Origin" halfback.

Winning ugly is a vastly underated skill.

We have also won five games out of our first 8 - as many as we won all last season.

Reasons to be cheerful as far as I am concerned.

It was to say the least crap,we lost every where other than the score board. On the positive side we have many good players to come back shortly like Jaubo,Symonds,Kennedy,Conn and Junior. As long we accumalate some points here & there ,the 8 is a very real possibility.Who knows we might even see Cherro at the end of the year.

                              Yes coggy we were rubbish

We were also caned by those ****en refs, some of those calls were deadset bullshit, the only thing those pricks didnt do was score for the tigers, i want koopshitsme gone, but how did he knock on in the last 2 mins, that really could have cost us.

To repel a side like the Tigers and keep them to one try to me is a terrific effort, i dont care how bad they played, our edge defence was finally on song.

Lets not forget, we played like that last season, i dare say the tigers put 60 on us, we played ugly, very ugly and won, ill take that.

In cricket you can edge 25 balls for 4 and get a century, the records dont say how you got the points, in the end thats all that counts!!!
