With 60 points scored against us
    The REAL! Spanner, never forgotten.

Hopefully he won't remember his 61st. Cos he is dropped from 1st grade forever! Or better still, released from his contract.

tootsie, if you are going to drop SKD, you may as well dropPerrett too and jones at the same time........also while we are at it, drop all our forwards that in the 8th minute did not even make the effort to get back behind the ruck........also from Cherry Mescia, it his fault that the team was not prepared.......

This loss showed how badly we were affected by the 3 sunday games in 30+ heat.

All the fitness in the world does not help.

The dogs came off a friday night game against the saints where they spent most of their time behind the posts.

This game should be treated as a kick up the backside for the boys not to become complacent.

Dude, seriously, you play at the NRL standard for 3 weeks in a row in that sort of temperature.

I don;t give 2 hoots about your park footy shennanigans with fat old guys who like to eyegouge.

it was plain and simple to see from the start of the match, the roosters were flat, simple as that, our forwards were walking back to the ruck within the first 10 minutes of play.

it was plain to see the signs from the start. We were out played on the energy side of things, the dogs kept on rolling and our boys could not keep up.

I will probably expect a loss next week as well with the short week, so suck it up princess and strap yourself in, the down hill part of the roller coaster has begun !

I think Perret worked hard today, made some tough meters when forwards couldn't get back. He didn't have a great game, but he didn't have a bad game either.

There are no more excuses for SKD and his defence. That first try that was let in, was disgusting. Also, i don't know if anybody caught this moment of magic when he fell for a dummy on the inside to nobody.

I'm all for understanding poor games, but how many lives has this guy had ?

                  Mike,

Like i said, if you are going to sack SKD, you may as well sack the like of myles paea and FPN along with jones and Maubs for standing out on the wing for most of the match.

Thats a team loss, we got pnwed in all aspects of the game. We were out enthused and lacked the energy.

if we play the dogs in rnd one or two........story would have been different.

You live and learn and move on.

I didnt mention anything about that...we've already been through that and its old news!
Sometimes i get on a jobsite and its 40 degrees. If i rock up the next day and work like shit, my boss doesnt say.."Its alright mate, it was hot yesterday i forgive you"...Granted it's not NRL, but it's 80 minutes ONCE a week, not 8-10 hours a day for 5-6 days straight!
My point is, they are professionals and it is no excuse imo.
P.S I love these excuses from blokes who have probably never strapped on a boot in their life.No wonder the world is turning ****ing soft, with limp dicks like you around!

First of all if your boss is making you work in 40+ deg conditions everyday there is a Major OHS problem at your work.

you are right, they are professionals, this is their job and they don;t have a long time to carve a career in this industry.

if you think that i am putting up excuses, can you explain, why in the space of 1 week, have we gone from a side with Strong defence and Flair in attack to a team that looked as flat as a pancake?

and princess, you would have no idea on what sports i have played in the past and the conditions i have played them in. you just keep to your eyegouging man love.

I thought Myles was playing well today. Infact i only saw himself and Conn taking the hit-ups.

My reason for wanting SKD gone is that it is the same story each year. Yes, he can sniff out the line, but the bloke just cannot defend. If a moderate centre like Morris had his way with him, imagine what a big explosive centre will do.
I've been on his case for the last 2 years. So it's not like i am basing it on just this game.

I agree with you on Maubs though, he went into his shell for the whole game.

If you call 32 points against you "strong defence", then i now know for sure that you have never played the great game of Rugby League petal.
I think i might start calling you Vossy or Wazza (Smith). All opinion and **** all experience!!

you still have not answered my question, what is your reason for the players performing like they did....you have no reason ??? figures as much.

Firstly a majority of the 32 points from the tigers came in the last 15 - 20 minutes of the last weeks match, you could see the lethargy in the players, it was not as noticable as it was this week, but it was there.

you can call me vossy or wazza, no skin off my nose princess, they still know more about rugby league than your park football brain will ever know.

And as i said, you have no idea of the sports i have played and the conditions i have played in, see i am not like you, i don;t compare amature sports i may have played to the First grade of NRL.

When it comes to the NRL, you cannot compare playing park footy to it. you comment on what you see. you obviously don't see much.
