Gee it felt good today to beat the vermin after the refs gave them a penalty for each of their three opening sets and didn't give the Roosters a penalty until well into the 18th minute.
We are in for a good season, we will win enough games to make the semis, we have talented players, with fitness, skill, speed and strength, we can compete with any team in the comp, we got rid of the deadwood, and we have a coach who can give our guys a plan they can work with, we have the ability to adapt to different teams strengths and weaknesses.
Its all good, we might not win the comp, but we will put in a good effort.
Its all good, we still have a big hitman to come back in JWH, we have 8 players of international standard, good balance of youth and experience, and a lot of enthusiasm and desire.
Forget about what round in the season it is, you don't win premierships in round one as we know......BUT
beating souffs is always one of the best feelings in the world, Better than Liverpool beating Everton !
Delecto Oriens est odio Meridianus
To love Easts is to hate Souffs

At a football club, there’s a holy trinity – the players, the manager and the supporters. Directors don’t come into it. They are only there to sign the cheques.

The fireworks at the Easter show are making more noise than the crowd tonight
It may be early days but it felt good to go out there and enjoy the game; to go in with some hope rather than just waiting for another thrashing.
I had a ball today.
