I've come 2nd in a work tipping comp, that was my best finish. The previous year I choked big time, ran 1st half the year then didn't even finish top 3

I'm the same Novice Chook. I never tip against the Chooks, can't bear to tip Dragons or Bulldogs.
When they play against each other I actually try to pick the best bet.
It took me ages to register a username which had not been taken!

I tipped 7....have never done better. I can't tip against the Roosters.

I should have printed off a copy of the ladder after Round 1 when I was top of the pecking order, because I'm already on the slippery slide downhill.

Oh well, so long as the Scum and Vermin have their fair share of losses I won't go too badly.
