the only way he plays this year is if we lose Jenko/Toups/Fergo/Pearce/Maloney/Cordner/Guerra/Friend to Origin at the same time.
at this point in time he would be behind Elliot/MacDonald/Stapleton/Milne if there was an injury to an outside back.
regardless of what happens this year we need to get him under a 3yr deal ASAP because there is a real possibility he is starting FB in 2016.

Kinda like a combo of GI and RTS. Hard to say but GI just sorta waddles forward and uses his size/step to shrug people (isn't all that fast). As an ex-sprinter... IMO Mitchell has much better sprinting technique (relaxed upper body/arms, tight core muscles, straight back leg, all the right angles in his movement...etc) and also has a little wiggle like RTS. Not NRL footage, but REALLY exciting stuff. Surprised I hadn't looked at him in big detail before.

Oh and fortunately he knows which state he's from!! I'm starting to jizzle thinking about Mitchell and Hastings pairing up for the RWB/NSW/Australia some day (soon hopefully)!!

Before we get too excited lets see how he goes in the under 20's first. I heard a lot of talk about Taane Milne around this time last year and after watching him play in the 20's all last year I have to say I'm not overly impressed. Hopefully Latrell is even more 'special'.

for those who haven't seem him play he is just a pure footballer, just glides across the ground effortlessly, but most importantly he has the clutch gene, when the team needs something special to get them out of trouble he is not scared to have the ball in his hands.

Latrell will re-sign, he loves the club.
Souths will push hard with the knowledge that Latrell idolises Greg Inglis but it wont be enough.
Reminds me a lot of Peachey, just the long strides, ease of movement and effortless strength to brush off players.
