Possible squad for Auckland 9's

with the squad for the 9's to be announced in the next 7-10 days, thought it might be fun to try and anticipate what type of squad Robbo might field.

wouldn't think any of our 4 nations players will play which will rule out SKD/Cordner/Jenko/Guerra/Toups/Liu, Moa is badly out of shape so he won't play, Fergo isn't playing, Friend is injured, wouldn't of thought JWH would play either. I wonder if Robbo would play Kennedy he might get exposed with lack of lateral movement.

RTS status is a bit unknown he started pre-season early and then was given a break to coincide with the return of the 4 nation players, might be worthwhile playing him at fullback in the 9's to get some live action organising the defense.

I saw this guy play this time last year in the nines and he looked like he knew what he was doing. Could certainly be a bolter in the fg side this year with a backrow vacancy.The side looks about right. TRobbo will probably use only half his fg side like last year. Wonder if freddy will get a gig again. Really turned back the clock last year.

Freddy was on twitter the other day saying he wasn't going around again, has other commitments this year.

got married in the offseason and certainly enjoyed his honeymoon, if you look back at some of the training photos he is absolutely huge, came back overweight much like JWH last offseason.

I saw his shape first hand at the clinic in late December and he himself said he was struggling with fitness.
