Good to see that we get many arvo matches, will allow us to throw the ball around.
Not a bad draw overall, but we do have to travel a bit.

What about SOO? Do we get 2 byes around Origin or are we ripped off like last year with the faiders and warriors getting the 2 byes instead?

I'd rather see us have a tough run to the finals, than an easy one.

If we are good enough, we can do it.

First three rounds are going to be tough. I'm happy with the draw though.

Also very happy that we have 6 Sunday Afternoon games at the Best Rugby League ground. Thats a major win/

we have byes before origins 1 and 3, but have to travel to Auckland to face the Warriors without or origin players.

2015 draw difficulty (hardest to easiest, based on 2014 regular-season placings)
              =1. Broncos
              =1. Eels
              3. Rabbitohs
              =4. Bulldogs
              =4. Sharks
              6. Storm
              7. Panthers
              8. Wests Tigers
              9. Dragons
              10. Raiders
              11. Sea Eagles
              =12. Cowboys
              =12. Roosters
              14. Titans
              =15. Knights
              =15. Warriors

When was the last season that we played the drongos twice? (not counting finals)...
At least as an Interstate member it ensures we get them up here again...

2 games in Queensland I notice the QLD fan base is very quiet this year

I liked it when they all came on here crying about no games up there

Yes, we get byes before Origin 1 & 3. In fact our byes are well spaced this year (rounds 11 & 17).

After New Zealand in round 14 the only game outside of Sydney is Newcastle in round 22 and four of the last six games are at Allianz.

I would have liked a game at 3.00pm on a Saturday but we may get one in rounds 21 - 26. Anzac Day v St. George will be good though.

Overall, in my opinion I think it's a pretty well structured fixture for the Roosters ie; only two, five day breaks, plenty of days off in between the interstate games and a good mixture of the available time slots.
"Do you expect me to talk"? "No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die".

It sounds like a far better draw than what we copped last year especially around the origin period.

I think now the Souths myth is over, it's back to being fair.
