thanks Gman, guess it was true that he spat the dummy when told he wasn't required, hopefully he finds another club so he doesn't eat much of our cap this year.

can't say I'm disappointed he is gone, never fully fulfilled his potential, and got involved in a few off field incidents the club had to discipline him for.

        Good.

Didn't hate him, but he wasn't needed at Easts anymore. Could be much more useful at Canberra or the Dragons.

Bye bye to frank paul the butterball! We will really miss his 2 hit ups a game for 12m and penalties given away!!
The year 2013 marks the beginning of the Roosters next 'decade of excellence', and it will prove to be more successful than the last!

          Here's looking at you, kid.

The Sydney Roosters have today announced that Frank-Paul Nuuausala has been granted an immediate release from the final year of his contract to join the Canberra Raiders.

Sydney Roosters COO Football, Brian Canavan, said: “Frank-Paul has been a wonderful contributor to our Club since making his NRL debut in 2007, and this hasn’t been an easy decision for us to come to. However, we do so with the view that it is in Frank-Paul’s best interests to secure his long-term future.

“A passionate clubman, popular among his teammates and all staff, the Roosters are certainly far better for the time Frank has spent at the Club and I know I speak on behalf of everyone associated with the Roosters in wishing him all the very best,” said Canavan.

Roosters Head Coach, Trent Robinson, thanked Nuuausala for his passion and commitment to the side.

“It can never be underestimated the important contribution Frank has made to the Roosters in his time here,” said Robinson.

“The type of player who prefers to let his actions do the talking on the footy field, it’s been an honour to watch Frank develop as a leader among our forwards over the past few years.

“Frankie’s a good man who we will miss greatly at the Roosters, and he’ll always have many friends here. The Raiders are lucky to have him and we wish Frank every success at his new club,” he added.

We wouldn't have released him if we don't have someone signed to replace him. My guess would be Merrin or Taumololo. Next few months are going to be interesting.

Thanks FPN for your services. If there was one player who should've gone, it was always going to be him. Going to be weird now, though, with him playing against us. Wonder if he'll try to pick a fight with his own former players on the field

This does free up some room, so interesting times ahead

Not sad to see him go.

Could have been one of the best forwards in the comp but rarely had a go.

LOL at "the game's greatest thinker".

We have been trying to offload that chump for ages and someone finally took him off our hands.

I thank him, he was identified young by the Roosters who developed him into an international player who also won a Premiership with us, there's not much more you can ask for.

Well done FPN, well done The ROOSTERS.

Not quite, was signed by the warriors and then sacked. So Warriors signed him first but he got into a bit of trouble back in NZ. Roosters (as they do) took a chance on him and it turned out well. But you are right, well done FPN and well done Roosters

Our permanent front row for the 2015 season should be JwH, Moa, Napa and Evans. That's what I'm pleased about, it's time for Napa and Evans to cement themselves in the team and become very Important players for us.

Second row we still have the ever reliable one clubman Aubo, Guerra, Cordner and young guys like Meehan, Vincent Luilua and new kid Papaali.

I'm really liking the look of out team for next year the more and more I think about it. Youth mixed with premiership class and some outstanding backs.
                                We are the Fonk
