Injury Update: SKD

Recently crowned Four Nations champion Shaun Kenny-Dowall has undergone a scheduled arthroscope on his ankle.

SKD, as he's known to most, finished his 2014 season less than a week ago equal alongside Australian fullback Greg Inglis for most games this year (32).

Kenny-Dowall will return to training alongside with fellow Four Nations representatives post-Christmas, as planned following his selection in the Kiwis Squad.

i dont know why i think this but roosters.com posting this update tells me he isnt going anywhere....not sure why i get that feeling but i do, why update us on when SKD is due back if we were releasing him to tigers or anyplace else?

I agree, I think this year will be skids last season with us? he knows that and will have a big one?
of course a lot will depend on how fergo goes? 7unlike the previous release of key players when suddenly we didn't have a fg back up hooker, maybe we've decided to be a bit cautious bringing fergo into the side whilst skid id still here and firing? makes sense to me anyway?
