I'll forgive plenty of dumb behaviour by players, but I draw the line at sexual offences and violence against women. I'm not too fond of violence against anyone really (I'd be LIVID if we made a play for Packer) but at least there are some occasions where it is understandable (when Sa cleaned up a few blokes in Wollongong because they stole SKD's wallet, for example)

I recall you were a bit of a Sa 'hanger on' hence supporting him. Sa admittedly cleaned up his act after being charged for fighting in the UK in Leeds and the incident in the Coogee where he pleaded guilty to malicious damage and resisting arrest but was cleared of assaulting a female police officer. All round top bloke he is.

I don't just forgive sex offenders because they sign a contract with a sports team I support. If that makes me somehow "less" of a fan than you or others who are happy to put aside his disgraceful actions for potential short term success, well frankly I woildnt want to be the kind of fan you are

I don't blame you for not wanting him in the team but cheering injuries is something I find a bit sick.

No questioning Ferguson is a dickhead but by hoping he gets injured, you are effectively hoping for something to happen that would weaken the team.

Do you think any of his team mates hope he gets hurt? The coaching staff? Why don't you ask them how they feel and be sure to let them know you hope he does a season ending injury.

Friend was also awarded costs after being cleared. Funnily I remember Danish's campaigns to punt Friend to. To be fair though it was because he thought Friend was a crap footballer. He wasn't alone.

Hmmm...I find it a bit disturbing that Danish or any other Easts member can't express serious reservations about Ferguson's signing, without having their personal "motives" reflected upon.

I would be far more concerned with the derogatory campaigns waged by individuals against loyal servants of the club with no criminal records (e.g. mini, finchy etc.)

I'm hoping for injury of a sex offender. A man who groped a stranger's vagina, took no responsibility for it, lied through his teeth to try and get off (****ing Muslim my arse), and ultimately was treated with a featherduster by our pathetic justice system.

I don't see any issue with wishing injury on a person guilty of that. Similarly I wish Inglis, Lui, and Auva to pick up career ending injuries every week for their crimes against women.

And I could give less of a **** about if it weakens the team. As I already said I will not put supporting the team ahead of my feelings on men who abuse women. Our club signing him means we deserve some bad karma and an injury to Ferguson would be the ideal dose. Much better than having him stick around long enough to inevitably **** up and embarrass the club like so many ****wits have done before him

Yep I wanted Sa and Wing to continue to share the 7 jersey at the backend of 2007 like they had during our initial winning streak when Freddy took over. Didn't want Pearce ushered back into the side to screw things up.

I thought Sa was a top player, just terrible on the booze. An obvious violent streak which saw him get into a few scraps with other likeminded dickheads.

Granted I didn't want him moved on, but was proven wrong in that opinion when he bashed yet another dude in the UK. Learnt my lesson with Sa that once a violent dickhead, always a violent dickhead.
