Geez no matter how frustrating he can be on the field you have to love how passionate big Marty is about the Roosters. If he can get his fitness better than ever and his go forward in order there is still no doubt that he could be an extremely good front rower. I really hope he can cut out the penalties. His experience alone will be very valuable, especially given how well he can articulate things.

Can't wait to see what the boys can do. We really do an excellent balance to our squad this year. Many of the boys are around that 150 game mark and they're all still very young. Our depth is excellent across the park. A lot of youngsters that probably could have stepped up last year like Taane Milne, Willis Meehan and Vincent Leiluai will be champing at the bit to be given there opportunity and they're now a year more experienced, having experienced the tutelage of multiple good coaches. The additions of Lagi Setu and Kennedy are massive considering the experienced depth they provide for minimal cost. RTS getting a full preseason at fullback will improve his game immensely. And if Ferguson can hold his shit together he can have a similar on-field impact to what SBW provided in my opinion.

Just give us a fair go refs and we'll give this a massive shake. I would take an 80% penalty differential (100 being equal for:against) if it was offered. I get the feeling it will be closer to 60% though.

Our pack is looking stronger for 2015. Dummy half still worries me though with Jake set to miss a fair few games. I still don't think Maubs and Hastings are long term solutions and I don't know enough about this Williams guy from the Roos.

He always has ... wasn't it him who got in trouble in the media for making a joke about the Vermin on social media ?
Got criticised for it, but we all loved it !

I agree MR, Srama is on the market, we at the least should be talking to him. No disrespect to the others but we need at least one back-up rake with a reasonable amount of FG experience in that position.

We should talk to him, but I doubt we will get him. What we would be willing to offer him money wise and oppurtunity wise will be less than what other clubs will offer him. The raiders would probably have him starting ahead of buttriss and would offer him a lot more than what we would.
                  Comment of the year:
