I thought Nene showed Toups up this year the way he took the ball up in his couple of games.

      Cordner
      Aubusson
      Guerra
      JWH
      Friend
      Moa

      Napa
      Liu
      FPN
      Evans
      Meehan
      Leuluai

Depth wise that's as good as anyone imo.

That's what we had this year, plus Sonny and Casty. But when Geurra and Napa were out, we looked much weakened.
If JWH and Moa were both out we would be absolutely screwed.
Meehan is untested and only 18.
Isaac is not agro at all.
And there's a reason why Evans was hardly used by Robo this year.
Out forward depth is very weak.

I don't want to call for his sacking just yet but I don't know how much more of this failure I can take, the past 2 seasons have been a nightmare.
In retrospect I don't think his second year was as good as it looks on paper.

Didn't feel like a minor premiership winning performance to me, and we blew the finals in a big way. Won one match by one point. Pretty poor turn out for a team that essentially had the same squad that won it 12 months earlier.

Add to that the way we've never been able it adequately address the penalty differential situation, and I guess you could say I think there's things old Trent could improve on, sure.

          Very frustrating year.

Rubbish.. Our pack is ready for 2015 without SBW, watch and learn young man.

              The refs.

              Nothing will change there.

This is a perfect illustration why I prefer mediocrity in the Roosters.

13 - on the money , but we are only one hardened , experienced Prop away from Synergy.

Although on last years performance it looked more like some of our pack played as if they were content with 2013s effort and forgot how to play for each other with commitment and resolve.

Yeah well, I feel like we were on the brink of a once in a generation opportunity and we didn't really show up.

The entire season was frustrating. You'd have to agree with that.

For some reason I now get the feeling that Souths may pull it off. If only because they're not talking it up. That seems to be the kiss of death - actually mentioning the words 'back to back' or 'dynasty' after winning a premiership.

Anyway, the world moves on regardless.

I believe I did see headlines in the daily rags after the GF (even though I was trying to avoid all things souffs I couldn't avoid everything), with Sutton and co talking about 'dynasties' and b2b. So they have been talking it up as you say.

Do the five things I'm glad of list.

                        1. I don't have terminal cancer.
                        2. I'm not related to a Kardashian.
                        3. I'm not in jail.
                        4. I've seen 4 grand final wins. If I supported Norths or Cronulla, I'd have seen none.
                        5. I will live to see another Roosters grand final win.

I say 100% that the Dogs, Penrith, Souths & the Broncos will be in the top 8. I cant see Craig Bellamy missing the 8 either.
The Roosters should be there, 7th & 8th will be between 4 teams most likely the Cowboys, Warriors, Tigers & Manly.

I do not believe that this can be a serious opinion.
