Hello gents, long time no speak. Unfortunate result for the Roosters the other night, but you get another throw of the dice and I'll be hoping you boys do the job! My beloved Wigan finished second on the ladder this weekend which confirmed our place in next years 6 team World Club Challenge comp. Any of you Roosters fans planning on making the trip over should you qualify?

G 'day Dan, Easts fairdinkum had a shocker but in my pessimistic view I honestly believe the loss is for the better, I feel that if Easts had of won they could have played the GF qualifier in the same manner? Its do or die from here on in and against dangerous teams so I doubt Easts will disrespect the footy again... I wasn't aware of the 6 team WCC sounds like an idea..

Gooday Dan ....Do you know it'd going to be held?

I'm not definite but depending on when they hold it....if my schedule allows for it with work n studies I might be able to make the trip.

        Cheers!

          Hey fellas,

At the moment it just says that it is going to be held in the Northern Hemisphere, so unless the Frenchies pull something out of the bag then I'd imagine it would just be held in Northern England somewhere. Have a look at this http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/rugby-league/29069637

That loss to Penrith might actually be a blessing in disguise Turk. My personal opinion is that having a week off during a crucial time can slow momentum down, it's better to keep on playing I think. I actually fancy Easts to win it again this year.

Clem, I'm still in New Zealand myself but am very tempted to head back over for it depending on funds etc. I actually only just got back from England a few weeks ago. If all fails then myself and the lads are planning on coming over to Sydney in March to some point to get to a few games so I'll try catch up for a beer again.
