You mean like last year when as minor premiers they played us on Sat night .... as part of a double header ?

I would assume they (the NRL) will try and give the appearance of fairnes and play teams on the nights with minimal disadvantage to teams with shorter turnarounds.
If we had of played Vermin again, then definitely would've been Friday. But if we are playing Penriff, they will say unfair short turnaround for Penriff to play Friday because they play Warriors on Sunday night. And if we play Cowboys, they will prob say more fairer to them give them the extra day because of travel and play them on Saturday night.

I reckon they will as normal give the Vermin Friday night v Manly.
We'll most likely get Sat night.
