After watching the replay Napa has clear separation and Suttons direction change when hit by the first defender is what makes it look bad at full speed, there is definitely enough evidence to contest the grading and have it reduced..

What I have a real problem with is players having to front the judiciary for the shoulder charge. Unlike the head-high tackle, wrestling moves designed to break knees and shoulders, spear tackles etc which all have the clear potential to cause serious injury to a player each and every time...
And unlike your 'contrary conduct' type offences, such as knee lifting, kicking, striking, biting, spitting etc...
Shoulder charges in my opinion are just another tough collision (as is most tackling) but rarely cause any, let alone serious, injuries to players... It is therefore ludicrous in the extreme that players are actually being suspended for shoulder charges! Suspended for a tough play that is not 'contrary conduct' and not designed to inflict injury.
What other on-field play that has minimal potential and very low likelihood to injure a player goes to the judiciary???
If shoulder charges are to be banned from the field of play, well I disagree vehemently but if that is the rule, that is the rule... But taking players out of games for a month via the judiciary???
Complete joke, a punishment not befitting the crime, and yet further proof the people running the NRL don't have a clue about the very fabric of the game of Rugby League.

I looked at the highlights on bigpond sport and I can't see what all the fuss is about to be honest. I'm glad I'm not the only one. Far worse has been done this year and blatantly ignored. I saw Jimmy's head nearly spin around and almost completely get ripped off last night and nothing was done.
