I thought young Horrie was terrific last night. Didn't seemed fazed by the occasion at all. Fit straight into the team like he had been playing all year. I can see Hastings at half and Pearce 5/8 in a couple of years time. Will see plenty of first grade off the bench next year.

    He was very solid.
Aubo was one of our best.
I think he made 44 tackles.
    His passing was crisp.

I think he did quite well. Seemed a bit hesitant with his runs but he will improve on that with more time and confidence

          Really ?
I thought SoH did well, especially in defense, where I thought he would really struggle. But to say he fitted straight into the team like he had been there all year is silly, it was painfully obvious at times hadn't been there all year. Thats not poor play by him, just the symptoms of nerves and not being there all year

The way he ripped into it in defence reminded me of a young Mitchell Pearce Excellent debut lets hope he backs it up and improves on that next week

Thats your opinion Kingbilly. To me he fitted in very well. Tell me on what occasions did he look out of place or in the way? I actually think he sparked us when he came on.

                  His size surprised me..

Much more solid than he was at the 9's..

His defence was a nice surprise, as was his part in Mini's try..

                  Solid debut..

                    I'm with you mate.

Everyone's looking for the new hero and I guess they've found him. Misty eyed.

Looking at it for what it was he looked like a debutant in a massive game who eased into it. He did nothing wrong and will be better for the expierence.

What I liked best was he didn't try and deviate from the basic or overplay his hand. Just did his job.

Good debut from a kid in the toughest arena in our game.

But he never looked comfortable, as he shouldn't expect to look at this stage.

Of course me old rissole Brainiac will probably give him a 9 and Maubs a 2 in his ratings.

                    You know it makes sense.

It was a solid debut and i was impressed with his defence. As said, didn't look extremely comfortable. I said in another post his passing off the ground looks quite inexperienced - which is expected given he's young and has hardly played any hooker

Don't get me wrong I was pretty happy with his debut, but his timing was a bit off and sometimes he was not sure who the ball was going to. Not all the time and quite acceptable for a #7 making his debut at #9
