hahahahahahahah freeken refs fcuked up again....who can tell me where do you take a tap from..the 10m in or the 20m in line........WELL I will let you in on a secret the scrums are 20 in right..........hahhahahaha

tonite wests did the right thing and the refs didn't. 36th minute.me thinks.........same as last night but different. wests picked up the ball from the side line and passed it in.(to the 10 meter in line) They tapped the ball 1 meter infront of the line right, but the refs said no come in 10. so they tapped it from the 20 mtr in line........what a joke. lol at the pinkies........badger is a #ANKER and these karnts don't even know the rules......they are jokes and are killing professional sportsmens sport

The tap has to be taken from 20 metres in field as it's a replacement of the scrum.

Well mate...my initial comment was made in the first half...were you impressed with that? As I said and don't try to twist my words but eventhough we won well tonight, Balmain are in turmoil, now try and refute that. The broncos are not and they, unlike the tigers, are fighting for an 8 spot. 8-0 at half time..who cares, it's an 80 minute game and we absolutely belted the shiit out of them during the first half.
We played straight all night, cause we new they would fold up the middle.
Second half, played straight again and scored multiple times.
2 weeks in the wet, really good hitout for the cchh--bbrr
only pity is Sonny doesn't get a crack at them

If you go through all our games last year we were rarely up by many at halftime, it was the 2nd half when we'd crack teams and blow them away. This is what we did today, the first half was all about setting up the game. Our defence was very aggresive and we wore them down.

We earned the right to play footy in the 2nd half.

Robbo's post match comments tend to back that up too.

We've conceded 1 try in the last 120 minutes of football, not going too bad. That's always a good sign for us.

I think the most impressive thing was our handling whilst stringing together good passing rushes in those conditions. One of our best wet weather performances that I can recall.

Everyone was good with only Toups a bit off the pace but probably understand able. The tiges were outclassed and we will face much sterner opposition to come... But you still have to get the job done and we did it in style.

Moa....the mans a machine. What a player he has turned out to be for us.

I know it was Toops first game back, but hells bells his defence positioning was terrible, wasent marking up on his winger to let the try in, and was doing flimsy grabbing in defence , being easily brushed off, and still hasen't worked out to go inside when the play is getting close to the sideline, to take an inside pass, so lots of work to do there for him.

Was really pleased with our defence when the tigers had plenty of ball at the front end and the back of the game with the exception of where we got caught short on numbers on the left side.

Thought the forward rotation is starting to reap benefits pairing the experienced with the inexperienced front rowers.

The fact that they where able to change tack and adjust their kicking game when it wasn't working. Agree with your comments on this Roc. The shape and height of their cross field bombs still needs a lot of work given most defences are clearly running Tupou off the ball.

And finally my admiration for Jennings continues to grow - tough and brilliant attacking player and great to see the pairing of Tupou and Jennings back together. Although Tupou was a bit scratchy last night he will be back to his best soon enough.

First half roosters displayed lots of patience not trying to score on every play. Once again, there was a lot of spoiling tactics by our opponents in defence (coaches of teams playing us know the refs will not penalize them when they do this against us); lots of flops, a LOT of hands and leaning knees on the ball when our fellas tried to play it. Instead of getting frustrated, our guys just dealt with the slow down, didn't try to force the quick play the ball and avoided turning over possession.

They backed themselves to wear down their opponents. I know it's only the tigers but the patience and professionalism displayed will work just as well against top teams.

Yeah, we let in 1 try all night so his defence was obviously crap. Wasnt at this best, but it was also is 1st game in 6 weeks so your critisizms are very harsh to say the least.

Very good "team" performance last night.
