will be interesting to see how hard Kent goes on our current form slump and treatment by match officials, and what Robbo has to say on all things Roosters.

Obviously I'm paraphrasing...
Q: Can a player ala Jarryd Hayne in 2009 single handedly lead a team to the GF?
A: I think they can. The genuinely great players like a Joey or Freddy have that ability to lead a team all the way. Obviously it's a team effort but they can give their teammates confidence and turn 7/10 players into 8 or 9/10 players. Jarryd did that in 2009. SBW is that type of player too.
They then mentioned the loss of SBW. Robbo responded with the standard sort of praise we've heard before. They spoke about his individual brilliance but Robbo also mentioned his ability and willingness to fit into the team structure. How he communicates so well and works well with the halves on the inside and the backs outside him. And even the front rowers (illustrated so well I guess by Moa's pass to him in the GF which led to Maloney's break). He then mentioned the lasting legacy that his professional approach to training will leave.
The Mick Potter situation was brought up. He stated that Potter is a good mate of his and how he's handled the situation with dignity. Just like Hook did. He understands that there isn't great job security as an NRL coach but he wouldn't change anything as he loves it.
Todd Lowrie calling Brookie a shithole was mentioned and he was asked if he likes playing there. He stated that his favourite places to play aside from the SFS are at Brookie and Leichardt (which we have in 3 weeks btw) because you're close to the action and its a fullhouse. Much preferrable to an 80k stadium with 10k there. I sort of took that as him accepting the challenge of facing a tough opponent in a hostile environment rather than shying away from it.
He thinks stadiums like Brookie upgraded to 25k seaters are the future. He did also jokingly mention that he wishes they'd cut the grass at Brookie (a jibe at the doctored conditions I guess that inhibited our footy)
And that's about all I can recall...

General questions mainly, Hayne and can he get the eels in the 8, star players and how they influence the team, Farrah, termoil in clubs and how teams handle it, Potter + coaching, worst ground.
Good segment each week, great to listen to Robbo he always focuses on the positives...Touvs is ok prefer to see Hasler in his place, Maguire is usually good too.
They generally dont go into the coach's team to much at all" A man can only walk as far as he can see"
