Why's it clear we need Mini next year?

Because Nene Macdonald dropped a few bombs & our 3/4 line of 2. SKD 3. Liu 4. Aubo 5.Elliot got torn to shreds?

What an irrational logic. Honestly just think about it for a moment.

At full strength how many of those players would actually be playing in those positions?

I think we need mini for his captaincy. We were rudderless out there when he went off. We have no clear leader in this team without him which is the most concerning issue next year should he not go around again.

Could've done with him last night poor Nene(Ronald)McDonald was like a deer with headlights when switched to fullback last night he had an unhappy night I'd put him back to the Jets to gain experience playing against men that Holden Cup can do more harm than good last nights calamities showed there was a method behind the madness of signing Stapleton his experience would've been handy especially when Mini came off.

This. We have Jennings, RTS, toops to come back into the back line. Yes we showed no heart last night, but honestly people need to let it go very quickly. We have 5 rep players to come back, I think we will still give it a almighty shake.

The one small thing you are overlooking is we had all these players playing last year when Mini was missing yet lost games and our impenetrable defence was easily penetrated in that period Coincidence i think not

Nene was great in the first half, setting up two tries! As you say though, when switched to fullback he was awful. I would keep Nene at wing or centre and f*** skd off!

Great point about Stapleton CRM, I was under the impression of when I heard RTS wasn't going to be playing, that Stapleton would then come into the team. WTF was useless c*** elliot put in there instead, I have no NFI??? With the experienced Stapleton, when Mini went off injured, he could have then made the easy transition to fullback. As you say, what was the f***ing point of signing him, when given the perfect time to use him, we don't???
The year 2013 marks the beginning of the Roosters next 'decade of excellence', and it will prove to be more successful than the last!

              Here's looking at you, kid.

This is definitely my favourite embellishment of a story from our premiership season.

                Mini was gone for round 22, 23, 24 & returned in 25

                We conceded;

                Rd22: 4 tries
                Rd23: 3 tries
                Rd 24: 4 tries
                Rd25: 5 tries <---- Mini's return

You ask if it's a coincidence, I just think it's a brilliantly embellished story, one that will told for years to come.

I am telling you, Mini wont be playing next season, so build a bridge and get over it, well here anyway, he may have a pension year or two in the UK

But we have bigger problems then Mini, most of the team are under performing, to be up 24 to blot, against a team of basic unknowns, for most part, and a rookie coach, after the week they have had, and get our bums slapped, says it all, major problems in the camp

skd f***s right off out of the team!! He can f*** off to the ESL, or better still, he can go play for $ouff$ and completely f*** them up!! elliot goes with him!!

Nene is the back up winger/centre, not fullback!
Why should SKD be the one to go? I don't use the language you do so I will say this politely and as eloquently as I know how. He broke Freddy's try scoring record last night and is now only 2 off breaking Dave Brown's record. He currently stands at 92 tries and should see the century by the end of the season.

I saw Blake Ferguson last night leaving the footy stadium. He was in full Roosters training gear & I must say our colours looked good on him.

What I did notice was his size - he's friggen huge. I'm 6 foot & he was a good head & neck taller than me & built like a tank.

I can't wait to have him in our backline next year.
Loved by few, hated by many, respected by all.

He frustrates me beyond belief RWB, and I do apologize for the language. I am still seething from last night, and as disappointed as can be. skd scored from backing up, but the couple of tries he let in was downright unforgivable, and he has a terrible habit of doing it!! He has clocked up quite a few tries, but how many has he let in?

When we really needed a match winner last night, along with other close games we have lost this year, skd is not the man to go to.

I would concede that However you overlook the fact rnd 25 was a nothing game in that our eyes were firmly focused on beating Souths for the minor premiership the following week with all and sundry putting this abberation of that week down to this Which all form after for the year shows it was

I've got no idea what point you are trying to make but I would state that if you can't see the value Mini adds to our team by now you probably never will.
