the article even states the NRL won't register a contract because he hasn't fulfilled requirements outlined to him.

best case scenario is we get clearance to let him train/rehab with us so he is right to go for pre-season training.

no way he plays a match for the Roosters in 2014

Read that NRL will block Fergo rego in light of Carney incident. He wouldn't be fit this year regardless anyway

I doubt Ferguson will get the green light But I think he will get it for next season when the club applies

I like how the moral decisions of the NRL are made by Todd Greenberg. It's like having Jack the Ripper decide how prostitution is to be handled.

LOL Johnny very true, I cant see the NRL allowing Fergo to play this season, even if he could, with his busted ankle, unless Uncle Nick has a comprising photo of David Smith in bed with Greenberg, which is entirely possible, apparently after 5pm we will know.

I think that they will register him but given his ankle injury he wont play in the top side this year.

The bloke shouldn't be registered for 2014. He should take the rest of the year to concetrate on the counselling etc the Court (and the NRL) has directed he do and get his body and mind right for registration in 2015.

I'd prefer he not play for us but if he does, it should be in 2015 and not before.
