Rumour: Scott Dureau signs with the Sydney Roosters
I think it's a loan from Catalans for the rest of this season as he's coming back from a serious injury and has nowhere to play, then he'll go back to Catalans for the 2015 season.

That's it Elo, he is an insurance policy for the rest of this year to cover the halves now that Morts has gone. He was a bloody ordinary half when at the knights. But when he was under Robbo's coaching in 2011 and 2012, he really responded well, and played good footy.
The year 2013 marks the beginning of the Roosters next 'decade of excellence', and it will prove to be more successful than the last!
Has Tommy Tomata been on the lash again and got himself sacked?
No, he is just a very ordinary half back who can not follow a game plan. Plays for himself. Can score a flashy try for time to time but rarely sets up his team mates. Dureau will be a considerable improvement and will assist the Roosters players at Newtown better prepare for the NRL.
FORMER Newcastle Knights halfback Scott Dureau may be making a return to the NRL in 2014 with the Sydney Roosters.
Dureau has been playing in the Super League with Catalans Dragons since 2011, but reports from France suggest that the 27-year-old is set to reunite with former coach Trent Robinson at Bondi Junction for the remainder of the year.
Dureau is still under contract with Catalan, but it’s understood the French club is willing to loan him to the Roosters after signing Sam Williams from St George Illawarra.
The Port Macquarie junior has only played one game in this year, after suffering a bicep injury back in February, but is seen by the Roosters an ideal replacement for utility Daniel Mortimer who joined the Titans last week.
Dureau made 42 first grade appearances for Newcastle between 2007 and 2010.
