My main question of the night, if mortimer was fit, why didn't he start in the halves?

If anything, tonight just makes me more pissed off at Pearce for the shit he put the club through for the past week. Small incident or not he destabilised the team's preparations for refusing to move on and getting arrested. This is from someone who's supposed to one of the leaders at the club and he fails to recognise when enough is enough.
I wouldn't dare let him entertain the thought that tonight proves how important he is. The kid has enough of an ego as it is and i'd be stupid to want to fuel that

My other point also still stands. This loss is basically a direct effect of the aftermath of his stupid drunken night out.
