Wild partying with mates is totally overrated.
Absolutely he should be doing things with his girlfriend, and that girl in the yellow dress, both at the same time!![/QUOTE]

Not sure giving up alcohol completely is the wisest move, giving up the cross should be his main thing. Im sure pearce can enjoy a couple drinks with no problem, the problem with giving it up totally is that if he has a beer with lunch, a frenzy will start that he is on the drink again, and that he has broken some rules.

Not the recipe for a happy life.

Best he spends his time and money on his girlfriend.
He should be buying her sexy dresses if that is his taste...sexy doesn't have to be like that yellow dress.

What about a nice elegant black dress? [with or without side split [a split one side only is sexy, splits both sides and when the lady sits down the whole dress nearly disapears, not so sexy.]

If the lady is not so tall, a dressmaker can alter any dress to suit.

          Or a red dress;

          Any colour but yellow now.

If he doesn't want to spend his time and money on his girlfriend [the one who loves him], then he should set her free and spend his time and money elsewhere.
She's not there to just wash, iron, cook and clean.
          Decision time for him.

If he decides on her ...then he should marry her.

It's my observation that there's not a lot of true love and happiness to be found in pubs, niteclubs and Kings Cross.

When 'Gwen' went into rehab...she was told...which was absolutely correct for her future happiness ... that "Everything has to be different" ... no alcohol.

Oh, according to statement from a Club official or a reporter on the radio today...Pearce is only giving up alcohol for the rest of the season.

Oh dear, that's not gonna work...the rules apply all year...24/7/365...here and overseas...overseas anywhere...Vegas, Bali [others from the Eastern Suburbs tried that, it didn't work out].....Swiss mountain village bars...everywhere.

The NRL's Integrity Unit never takes a holiday.
A Knights player was sacked the other day, for smashing a cab's window.

Best to make contingency plans for our halves.

I watched the movie recently...I'm nothing like him, in looks or life.

Gee, whoever made that movie got their money easily.
                  What a shocker.

If Pearce doesn't get off the booze permanently, he's always gonna be a time bomb...IMO
                  ...just like 'Gwen'.

Wouldn't go selling off any of our halves just yet...or for the next few years.

We can't all be pious pillars of society like you BB.

Some of us mere mortals have a failing or two - be it a like for the drink, a smoke or whatever.

It's up to Mitch when, where and if he drinks. After all, it's his career and life, not yours. And if he wants to stuff them up, then that's his decision.

We all make our own way in life, and most of us make plenty of mistakes along the way. Some of us learn from them, some of us don't.

Whatever choices Mitch makes are his, and no one can control that. Nor should they

Now get off your high horse and go make yourself a cup of coco.

                          100% true.

BB is a mere mortal like everyone else. Like he wrote earlier, the only perfect person was the man nailed to the cross.

Whatever choices Mitch makes are indeed his...but, trouble is...he's wearing the Roosters jersey, is our halfback, and is being paid very well by us the fans.
No fans, no Club, no team.
We the fans deserve better than he and other players dished up at the weekend.

If Pearce and the players are gonna be getting sloshed all the time and not caring whether or not they play their best every game...then they should let the fans know so we can find something else to do with our time, til their contracts are up and the Club can replace them with players who do appreciate the opportunity and their fan base.

Oh, and we're trying to win back to back premierships.
Very difficult to do with sloshed players.

You think when he starts back on the drink in the off-season he won't be going right back to his old ways?
Likelihood is he won't be able to help himself when once again he falls under the booze's spell.

Yeah, fancy them having the cheek to put 30 on the Tigers without playing well. And then going out for a drink with the clubs permission. Bastards.

Whatever you're on mate....it's obviously addictive and hallucinogenic - you've been spouting shite non stop for 3 months now.

Time to give it a rest. Like you did when we won the comp and you had nothing to moan about.
