I hope so. I couldn't give a rats backside about origin. There is to too much emphasis on the whole concept and is too disruptive to the regular season.

Unless Pat Richards is on the wing then I can't see anyone other than Maloney in the no.6 jersey.

His goal kicking is a real asset in the absence of anyone else that can barely make contact with the ball on a standing tee.

I would give it to Josh Reynolds because he is better suited for SOO than what a needled/numbed up Maloney will be. Drop Pearce & pick Adam Reynolds so he can kick the goals.
