Very good. Maybe someone should send him a vintage 1959 bottle of metho too?

One punch can kill. ...as we've seen more than once in Sydney recently.
... and no one will be able to keep them out of prison if one of them dies...hits head on ground...as happened in Sydney's West at the weekend.

Time they grew up and stopped with the violence.

The accommodation in prison is not 5 star...and there are no ocean views and pretty girls to live with.

                    The video...out today.

Not a good look...for supposed mates.
Ch9 news reported early this morning that, para; "an angry text message from Mr Packer seems to have played a role in the incident, he having sighted a Ch9 van in his street...with Mr Gyngell then arriving outside Mr Packer's home".

James seemed a lot more relaxed when he was a young Roosters supporter and used to arrive at the SFS in his blue convertible Mercedes.

Now the cops seem to be getting involved...Hadley just mentioned on air the NSW Ombudsman and the cops.

Mr Packer has billions...Mr Gyngell doesn't seem to have.
                    The best lawyers cost plenty.

Nick Darcy was facing 10 years in prison if convicted of "assault causing grievous bodily harm". Mr Packer reportedly has a black eye [tv news last night].

Would the cops charge Mr Packer?
                    Most likely not.

Would the cops charge Mr Gyngell?
Maybe, as he's many rungs down the ladder in the 'power stakes'.
But he can't be going to prison, his wife is having another baby.
He also needs to keep his job, as raising two children as a celebrity couple can be very expensive.
Anyway, to cause the least stress for Mr Gyngell's pregnant wife, this matter should be dispensed with as quickly as possible, no charges or trials needed.
                    A warning should suffice.

                      Bondi Boy,
I'm not taking the piss but is yours an opinion or are you legally trained (in one form or another) and offering a professional opinion?
Just interested as yours seems a considered response.

Not official yet , but I hear Foxtel are lining them up for return match on Pay For View, on Friday night, 5 x 2 minute rounds, considering their health status, and lack of conditioning for the boxing profession. A definite points decision to the Gynge on Sundays preliminary bout, dishing out a nice shiner to Packer.
SBW has been lined up as our second, and The Squirell Hold exponent, for Packer. Good to see yet another victory over the vermon, by the traitor packer, just like his old man did, when he followed his little bum boy back to Manly aka the well named Bozo., with most of our players.
Going to be interesting in the future if one of the companies they oversee, have to dismiss an employee for unruely behaviour and brawling in public.

Packer versus Gyngell: A brutal David and Goliath battle

AN angry text fired off by billionaire James Packer demanding Channel 9 boss David Gyngell remove a news truck from outside his Bondi Beach pad ignited the sensational street brawl between two of Sydney’s highest-profile businessmen.
The text, sent moments after the casino mogul jetted into Sydney from Jerusalem, left Mr Gyngell seething with rage after months of escalating tensions between the friends of 35 years.

                            #####

Yes, 'angry' and seething with rage' for whatever reason, justified or not, in this case or not, is a recipe for disaster...and has the potential to end badly for you.

Exclusive photographs show Mr Packer turning sharply on his heel after getting out of his chauffeur-driven sedan to face Mr Gyngell.

“Within seconds it just exploded,’’ said photographer Brendan Beirne, who witnessed the fight. “They were beating the hell out of each other — fists were flying.’’

We just used to fight in the back of Daddy's stretch limo to avoid the public.
