These are all confirmed. Kane Linnett, Jason Baitieri, Liam Foran, Brad Takairangi, Jonathon Ford, Tinirau Arona and Luke Towers are yet to have confirmed contract lengths, whilst Aiden Guerra hasn't been confirmed as being a Roosters signing or a Jets signing.

Only Penrith have named the 25 man 1st grade squad which goes towards figuring out the salary cap

Vermin have named 29 players

and

Tigpies have named 32 players

they are not the final 25 man squads
