That is a massive set of quadriceps.

Any sports injury types out there know whether there is a correlation between building large leg muscles and avoiding knee ops?

Has anyone seen any Jets games?

Looks as though they have been pretty ordinary.

Hopefully Moga stays fit and displays some great form. He's an Israel Folau clone and could well be the X-factor to take us to B2B Premierships.

SKD will definitely be looking over his shoulder now. And perhaps Mini, as RTS to FB and SKD to the wing would be just as viable. Even though it's very unlikely we'd see Mini get the flick.

They played pretty well the other week against the Dogs, and were unlucky to only get the draw. Considering the Dogs team had Kasiano, Reni Maitua, Inu and Drury Low, that's a pretty good performance.

They gave Wenty a touch up last Saturday, after getting flogged only 3 weeks back...so maybe the tide has turned.

Arana Taumata? Seems as though he'll be good for them if he can stay out of trouble. Hopefully he learns to start passing the ball to his centres now Moga is out there....but he still has plenty of speed off the mark.

If they can get a result this week at Remedial Stadium, they might end up having a good season.

A halves pairing of "rotten" and Sam could do some damage in that grade you would think.

For some reason Fox has a love affair with the bloody Warriors Cup side, it's all they show.

                Chook.

Bloody hell look at his muscles on his leg!

That was something odd to write.. but wow he looks like he's taken a lot of time to get the strength back in his legs.

I think its the Foxsports game dj_sta. Looking forward to watching them go around.
And don't forget that's Jonathon Rueben he's walking next to and he's no shrimp.

                  Chook.

                        Hi Kingsgrove Loiner,

I thought that the match against the Canterbury "Berries" was of an awful standard by both teams participating. I can not recall a match of rugby league where there was so much dropped ball all afternoon long. In truth I believe that the mighty Newtown Jets were fortunate to share the points as Krisnan "Smiles" Inu missed a fairly simple conversion by his standards. I was very happy for the big number twenty-five Kem Seru who scored barnstorming try late in the day but unfortunately young Arana "AJ" Tamata could not convert. They were able to bounce back last week and make amends for their earlier loss to Wenty which is good signs for their season.

What was your opinion of the performance of Canterbury's first grade players? I understand that discussion of rival teams is often frowned upon but I thought that their first grade players looked very disinterested and were not having a fair crack at the match in particular Krisnan Inu was a chief offender in this regard he was very lazy that afternoon. It is no surprise that they are dwelling in second grade based on that afternoon at the eighth wonder of the world.

Im really looking forward to taus return. If he can get past these knee operations he will be something special.Nobody that big should be that fast.He reminds me of mark Harris but is bigger and i think a tad faster than Mark was.You should have tried to tackle Harris he had legs like tree trunks and when he got wound up he would run right over the top of you just like tau will if he can overcome these problems with his acls.
