unless pearce ups his game from now to soo, I hope he will not be picked because every non roosters fan will be watching pearce like a hawk and if he has a bad game, he will be ridiculed worse then he was last year and I don't want that to happen

Liu is going nowhere all season.

As for Pearce, its a knock-on effect from Jimmy's poor form. Mitchy has never been one to carry a team. Mote a great contributor to a perfect whole.

And now he's getting no support from Jimmy it's putting too much pressure on him which is affecting his game.

I would go so far to say Pearce will be the 1st NSW player picked regardless of his form over the next 4 weeks. And I would think Jennings & Cordner will be in the squad for game 1.

Jennings should not be picked, his defense has been ordinary as has his work rate.
Cordner will be as there are big plans for him, but he does need to sort his poor hands out
