  • Glenn Stewart would be handy

He's a good forward, I reckon the club should get him. We need a good forward after LOD's retirement and at his age he wouldn't cost too much and it would phuk the Manly fans up.

No! Injured more often than not and is obviously asking the Eagles for more than he's worth, otherwise he would remain @ Eagles..

Plenty of better talent on the market..

I like the way we have built our team on the back of youth... his too old.. too injured and too expensive.

He's getting on but he's very experienced as LOD was, he'd only get a 1or2 year deal. He'd be real handy.

No thanks. Injury prone, getting older and still wouldn't come cheap. Since he's come back from his back injury he's not been any better than our current second-rowers. We are better off spending elsewhere and using Cordner, Aubusson and Guerra as our edge forwards.

LOD was worth punting on because he came pretty cheap. Glenn Stewart would not be cheap and is just after a hefty retirement package. So he'd be a target for the Vermin Filth no doubt.

They might spend big on him as a replacement for the Pommy squirrell gripper. And then we can all smile as Stewart spends most of the season on the sideline either injured or suspended.

                      Canberra odds-on to get him.
Nearly happened before the start of the season. Wouldn't surprise if it happens before June 30.
