I know you're taking the Mickey Lane, but the Eastern Suburbs legend Dave Brown forced the league to change the rules back in the 30's.

These rule changes are to try and stop the wrestle. I don't want the wrestle but I don't like these new interpretations either. They need to slow in down a bit, not speed it up. It's not even between attack and defence anymore, the attacking side gets the rub of the green.
