  • Chookpen Membership Seating

    G'day guys,

Just weighing up a move to the pen this year. Have sat in Bay 15 for a few years now, Want to move over the other side to the pen. I called the membership team and said they didn't have seats left in bay 35 but did have seats left in bay 34. Any recommendations or advice?

    Cheers

Iv'e tried for days to get membership on line as it's a $10 discount , i pick the package i want it adds to the cart, i then go to checkout ,then it asks me to login in my details , then says either my email or password is incorrect, {which i know isn't }iv'e emailed the club about the problem and had a guy from the office ring me 2 days later saying he can take payment over the phone , but i told him i didn't have my visa card on me as i was at work {in the building trade }so he told me he would ring me around 4 pm when i arrived home ..No call and it's been 3 days......Slack !!!

Yeh that is slack, you think they'd be doing everything they can to sell memberships.

I had the same service, if it wasn't for my young fella's Xmas prezzy's. I wouldn't have followed it up, I wonder how many memberships are lost because of shit service?

I never really wanted the membership as i live on the Central Coast but i thought i'll just get the $95 package which gives me 4 home games of my choice , so had the online service worked for me than i'd have the tickets by now, but now the office dude never rang back and the fact Sonny is out for 3 weeks and the ref's punish us in the penalties and the games gone SOFT , i've decided to watch it on fox with a 6 pac of Toohey's New and the remote in my hand so i can turn it off when the ref's start their time to penalise the Roosters chant......

My sister and her son, who are new Chookpen members this year, ordered and paid for their memberships just after Xmas. Still have not arrived and they are meant to be getting 'paper tickets' in the mail to get them in on the weekend! When she offered to pick up the packs at the club as we will be there beforehand were told that wasn't how it worked and wasn't allowed - absolute BS.

It really is a poor introduction to this club when they can't even get membership packs to new members before the season starts when they've had 2 months or more. My sister has been ringing weekly for the past few weeks with no success. Truly unprofessional on the part of Roosters memberships and marketing. Very quick to take your money, very slow to deliver the goods paid for.

Sad to read there have been a few bad experiences re membership. I have nothing but praise from my experience with them over many years. I'm not connected to the club in any fashion other than just a member, and not returning any call is bad business, but I would expect a handful of stuff ups given the volume of members. It would be a shame to lose any potential member.

I spoke to staff today and picked up my family member packs without any dramas. If you are having difficulty getting through to membership, I would suggest contacting Easts Leagues and speak to staff at their supporters store who might be able to help.

I have been paying monthly installments for a couple years now and they just renew it yearly, so my pack just comes when first available, they offer it for all their packs, and you dont have to pay a big amount straight up.

Since they still haven't delivered my 2007 chrissy prezzie membership for the 2008 season they have lost me.

                        Took my cashola though.

And had my posts removed and me banned from the official forum for daring to tell my story.

Lucky for them it's in my blood so I still love the Coqq but they can shove their trinkets up their arses.

No sooking just the unfortunate reality of the situation.

Seems our marketing hasn't changed in at least the last 7 seasons.

Same garbage, like your posts, Moga.

Imagine me getting your nic banned cos all of a sudden I became too rational.

Says a lot about that shithole and your posting.
