Now this is the kind of thing I like to hear. Positive stuff murry and thanks for sharing it with those of us who have no direct links to the club and its players.

I cannot wait to see how Ryan goes next year based solely on the character attributes that you've previously described he possesses. Tough and uncompromising - I like the sound of that.

Smith's win-loss record, without looking it up, would be better than Sheens even with the "lesser" players. (Mack?)
Mate I'm talking about when he coached Canberra.

Yes, one of the great club sides that have gone around in the last 20 years. Equal to the 92 - 93 Broncos.

Smith may not have won a premiership, BUT he never seems to be un-wanted by clubs..

I can see him breaking his grandfinal duck with us..

I got the same from several players as well. That's great to hear. I was told the coaching staff have everything organised until the season starts and there's a positive vibe around the club and the players.

All these players have been copping the blame so far...it's now round 9...Smith as far as I am concerned is also accountable...I don't think he's the man to get the job done and get us another premiership...and I don't think he'll last his 4 years...and yes we have some players that need to be moved on...and players in the wrong positions or should I say players that could fill those positions and be better...

Brian Smith inherited a shit team with no confidence and nearly all their ability sucked out of them by woeful coach from golden balls once Smith gets time to mould his own team and **** off useless shit kickers we will be better for it even though we were woeful tonight we have shown enough spirit in games against the likes of Souths Raiders Tigers and Dragons that Smith has already improved our team by a long way just remember that he took on the wooden spooners and that losses like tonight were always going to happen as much as it hurts reality is it has to be expected

How can you acount for Anastas obessesion with the bomb last tackle option? The coach has either condoned it or is to stupid to shoot him

It was the most likely way for us to score. We are a disorganised rabble without Pearce.

Neither Carney nor Anasta seem to be organisers. Both are 'off the cuff' players when Pearce is there.

And we weren't making the ground needed for him to bomb properly. Most bombs seemed to come from over the 40.

Smith has been fantastic so far.. He has barely half a dozen players of First grade ability at the club so you have to consider that.. Apart from Pearce, Carney, Maubs, Graham, JWH, Myles and Ryles, most of the rest would not get a run elsewhere.

                            Fantastic ?
I believe he is doing his job and its a hard one, but last night the lack of structure was very noticable. Mr Smith either did not have a great week or these idiots on the field are the biggest bunch of retards to ever play the game.

Most of that team is park football standard.. Ben Jones, SKD, Jake Friend, FPN, Paea, Anasta, Koops, Mini, Perrett etc etc are NSW Cup standard at best.
