Bronze v Chookpen membership

Hi guys, I'm pondering on whether i should take a Bronze membership or the chookpen membership. Was wondering if you could give me any insights on which option i should take??? These are the things i have concluded:
-Both unallocated seating
-the bays are right next to each other (cant imagine that much of a diff in terms of viewing)
-give same membership benefits etc.
-Bronze is $70 cheaper
-Chookpen has better atmosphere (?)

Your Bronze membership doesn't actually guarantee you a seat in the bay beside the Chookpen. It just guarantees you a seat in any General Admission bay in the stadium, anyone who buys a General Admission ticket on game day has just as much right to that a seat in that bay as you unfortunately.

For popular games it can be quite hard to get a decent seat unless you get there very early. If you're not someone who's going to be there an half an hour to an hour before kick off then I'd suggest shelling out the extra money to get a guaranteed seat in the Chookpen bay which is on the halfway line and easily the best value for money membership available.

Just beware the Chookpen is a supporters bay so there will be more chanting/flag waving/swearing/standing up then you may experience elsewhere in the stadium.

Depends what best suits you.

Go for the chookpen. We went for bronze last year after returning from Melbourne, by the halfway point of the season it was decided that it'd be chookpen or nothing this year. GA sucks for the big games, the 7 or 8 seasons I had in the pen before moving South were the best times I've had at the footy, hoping to be back there this year.

My brother and I are Chiokpen, but whenever we're not up for the full-on vibe, we sit in the bay next to the Chookpen. Best of both worlds, right?

The guys have covered off the difference above Rotus, so i won't go into it again, but to point out R6's comment......

We try and provide active support to the Side, we like to create an atmosphere at the game..... take that into consideration when you make your decision either way

The only reason i posed this question is because money is tight and since there is a reserved bay for bronze members this year, (bay 31 i believe) im seriously considering bronze. TBH i do want to be in the middle of the screaming etc. so ill probably just go for bronze..just another question though, how far back from the bottom of the bay would you find seating if you get there 30 min before the game?
