  • The Wrecking Ball and the World Cup

The Kiwis have Frank Paul to thank for their victory over the Poms.

His quick, long pass from dummy half, with 20 seconds to go enabled Johnston to stroll over. Can't recall Frank Paul @ dummy half in any of our games.......imagine he had the thought.....WHO DARES WINS

RTS looked like he picked up some sort of injury, late in the game...hope its not too serious

You gotta feel sorry for England(not really)....choking at the death........the Burgess Bros(Sammy the Squirell and George),Widdop and Tomkins must feel heart broken today.........confidence shattered going into the NRL 2014 season.....

James Graham was outstanding....he could be a good acquisition to replace SBW in 2015.....his contract expires next year

I agree it was his pass that created the chance for Johnson, but I actually think it was a poor pass which worked out well.
The long pass he threw floated to high, by the time it came down to Johnson it had allowed Sinfeld time to rush up and Johnson put a step on him.
I think the floated pass, enticed Sinfeld to sprint up and Johnson stepped him, if it had of been a crisp slick pass from dummy half, Sinfeld would not have had time to sprint up and I think the poms would've held a solid defensive line on their try line.

There is no doubt he is a good player, but considering SBW is a backrower and Graham is a frontrower, and the fact we have Liu, Moa, JWH, Evans and Napa on our books, I can't see us signing Graham.

In regards to FPN, he was amazing last night. Good work rate and he constantly run the ball with such vigour and heart. I'm excited to see him in the new style of attacking footy Trent has been talking about.

Liking what i saw from FPN but not liking what JWH is doing. The annoying niggle was back, and every time he plays the ball he could be penalised

I though JWH and SBW were on a mission early on with BurgArse

I agree. I've been expecting the refs to pull him up over his "roll the ball". He/Trent must address it asap otherwise his good work will go to waste.

love the bias comentry from the 2 poms . ""the English have by far the best forward pack getting around.""loljust as bad as their cricket team. I thought jwh,fpn and sbw owned the poms. kassiano is a liability for the kiwis. he is a joke, slob, and unskilled. reminds me of the 09 landwhale mason

How bad was Jonathan Davies in the commentary box? It was like watching the footy with an annoying 16 y/o sitting behind you at the pub.
