I've seen a few threads now on how bad Manly fans are taking this loss but to be honest the fair-minded Manly supporters far outweigh the sore losers.

Everyone deals with losses in their own way, if some want to try and slander our clubs name, players and discredit our achievements then so be it. I know 100% it'd be going on in this forum too if we'd lost especially given some incorrect calls our way that have seemed to escape the referee talk like Horo's obstruction on Pearce for their first try and the 50/50 penalty try. I reckon we'd be harping on about those calls just as much as they are about the poor calls they were given.

Every fan base has their group of nutters. For those who remember this place after 2010, they can attest to that.

Of course the Jennings incident where he sticks his leg out and the ball goes out is there and the block on Jaime L by Jennings again, a supposedly late tackle on DCE by Friend after a kick(which was NOTHING) and other more BUT forgets all the wrong decisions that we didn't get in our favour like Jennings being pulled back when Wolfie lets the ball bounce, Matai blocking out SKD from taking a bomb, JL doing the same on the other side, the rakes by Bellin to JWH and that penalty try where JL acted like he was shot by a sniper. Some are still Very angry.

Anyway here's an excerpt of this as it was too bloody long to post everything.

1. Mitchell Pearce – knock on 3rd minute. Should have been Possession 15 meters out
2. Mitchell Pearce with hand in play the ball of Keiran Foran after Manly try. Should have been a penalty
3. 27th Penalty Jamie Buhrer raked out. Dropped ball Luke O’Donnell. Should have been Manly ball 15 meters out in attacking position.
4. 31st Minute – headbut on Justin Horo. Should have been penalty to Manly. Hand in the play the ball penalty. JWH dropped it cold. At what point was there a hand in there. Cost manly 2 points at 6-6. Shayne Hayne. Too long in the tackle. Bullshit was 3 seconds
5. 34th minute Contact on Mitchell Pearce – tackle on legs. He was in the air. Roosters attacking 10 meters out. 5 minutes before halftime,
6. 39th minute – Came off Jennings should have been Manly feed. Jaime Lyon should have had ball.
7. 43rd Aubbeson tackled Lyon without the ball. Should have been penalty win sinbin, Lyon was taken out.
8. 51st Cherry Evans kick and late tackle by Jake Friend should have been a penalty.
9. 57th minute JWH gets up and body slams Tom Symonds second effort after tackle. Penalty every day of the week in any other game.
10. 61st Moloney’s pass to Mini was forward. Should have been no try.
11. 69th Friend came in high on DCE when already tackled. Dirty
12.70th Lyon was taken out by Jennings.
13. Wolfman ingoal Moloney clearly pulls his hair, video ref and the rest of the world see it? Nothing from refs???

BTW with point #1, the Pearce 'knock on', I have seen that20 times at least. I see he has his hands facing forward on a down to the ground angle and then the ball bounces behind his hand by a foot, then the ball bounces backwards. To me, that's not a knock on but not sure that the way the hand faces might be the issue.
I'm sure the NRL read all this and will answer in time... D
