Fake signatures?

Just looking on fleabay for signed Roosters gear, I came across a jersey that has apparently been signed by SBW.

Problem?
When he signed my shirt and some other gear earlier in the season he signed 'SBW' in his own style.

The one on fleabay looks similar but says 'Sonny Bill'... does SBW also sign as 'Sonny Bill' or are there scams out there already?

The bloke is someone who has made himself available endlessly to fans i would take the item along at the next opportunity to get it signed.

Roosters team store had fully signed jerseys for $500 but I guess the reason I'm checking fleabay is that I'm poor.

I don't buy anything unless it comes with club or reputable COA. I am very impressed with the range the club has put out this year, including player worn jersey auctions etc. I bought JWH worn home no.8 a few weeks ago so I am happy with that as my keep sake of this year.

I dont buy stuff to sell, so it really doesnt bother me when it doesnt have signitures, you pay much more, and in some instances the signitures a signed once, then printed a "limited" 1000 times.

They had 3 or 4 still at the shop that didn't sell at auction. That was Sunday morning don't know if they still be around. There was a Mortimer, Friend, FPN from memory. Comes with certificate from club signed by Canavan.

He has a few different signatures.
I can't see the players each individually signing 300 limited edition jerseys and then the countless other bits of merchandise.

JWH I know is another one that will do signature of JWH and on other stuff his extension signature. The jersey I bought from auction of his has a massive signature across the abdomen, its a worn home jersey with no. 8 on the black. Love it!
