It looked bad at 18-8. It required great self belief to come back from there.

The most critical period of the game was actually between the 64th and 70th minutes. In those 6 minutes, we were 2 points ahead and Manly were throwing everything at us. Had they scored, we were gone for sure.

When they lead 18-8 there was still 30 minutes left, we were only 2 converted tries from the lead. I knew we'd get them.

        I'm still stunned.

Jenko took Toops from that gangly idiot at the beginning of the year who overran plays and dropped balls over the line and turned him to a Grand Final winner. He just about earned the Clive Churchill Medal.

I must admit, with the two quick tries after halftime I was more than a tad nervous. Ironically we led 8-6 in our last GF at t half time before we let in 2 quick tries. I though the nightmare was about to happen again.

I don't think i can recall a greater sight than seeing Sunny bill running, a full stride into vacant pasture. Hes like poultry in motion when he is in full stride.

Yes definitely thought we were dusted. Makes the win even more remarkable.

I suddenly remembered all those times Manly put 50+ On us. Wasn't a nice memory. But this wasn't the same team and replied differently to what I expected and WON! YAY!!!

I watched the game with PearceOrf Is God (the artist formerly known as Horrie Is God) and 2 womanly mates, among a fair few others mostly going for Easts.

One womanly bloke arrived and popped a tyre as he parked out the front. We drank and wrote him off as he changed it alone.

The other one up'n'undered before kickoff. He isn't even a womanly fan but thought he'd gee us up by wearing a womanly jumper. He had to sit thru us winning as he turned green and kept running out to yop. My wife rang his a few mins ago, he's still going, riding the porcelain bus.

Womanly had no luck in my house last night.

                  And I'm still drunk.

I thought we were gone. When Guerra scored I cheered. When SKD scored and Maloney converted I was in a bit of shock. When Jennings scored I hit my son with a cushion... playfully... he's a Penrith supporter although he was supporting the Roosters ... I'm still trying to convert him. My youngest son is a Roosters supporter and the oldest is a Tigers supporter like his grandfather. 1 out of 3 isn't so good.

I definitely was. Knowing our team has a bad grand final record plus there was a lot of pressure considering it was a grand final, not to mention we were behind by 10 against Manly, a team with a lot of experience in these games and the 2nd best defense this year. Also, we aren't used to playing from behind, well not in this season anyway. I was definitely shaking in fear thinking of another loss.

That made winning so much sweeter, and I have no voice to prove it

Anyone who says they weren't at least worried is lying.
