33 tackles in the 20 compared to our 8.

    3 linebreaks to nil.

    12-5 penalty count.

Sam Moa off after 5 min for an hour leaving us without our 2 best props.

And yet they still couldn't score, let alone win.

So what happens when those stats even up?

    Roosters by 14 imo.

    You forgets no JWH, Cordner...

I think that we'll turn on the fire with 20 to go when tiredness starts to catch up with the fat farks of Manly .

Just thinking about this game gives me such a nervous feeling, But coming on here seeing fellow supporters confident in the team winning this grand final helps me feel alot more confident about it. Go easts!!!

I was confident heading into our first semi v Manly, and gave Newcastle no chance last week.

However, I do fear Manly, and I am not confident at all about the grand final. Have Brett Stewart and K.Foran, been on the field at the same time, this year against the roosters ?
My heart says the Roosters, but my head is telling me, Manly by 10

No they have not, but that doesn't really mean much as we've been missing players every time we've played them and won every time.

            Roy,
            Go & have a good lay down....with a Bex.

We have them covered. Just need to stick to the game plan.

            Chill & enjoy the game.

I just want it to be over now. Grand final week is good up until about the Wednesday, then the speculation starts to drive me nuts. My mind starts playing tricks. Of course, it doesn't help that I buy all the newspapers, all the magazines, watch all the TV coverage through the week ...

I just want it over with. My head tells me that we should win. But on the other hand, I think to myself, "Nah, we won't win. It'd be too good to be true. These things don't happen to me."

I just want it over with.

                Hi Tom,

Myself being a Warringah tragic, I'm glad we're a successful team when it comes to the 'Big dance'. But This time, I'm really feeling the stress of Grand Final week.

                Good luck, mate!

Come over to the dark side, Hugh.

You'll be amazed & enlightened once you change the colour of those feathers.

I am rather fond of the 'Easts' chant I have heard.

No, I couldn't let Sir Tooves down, Fiddy6.

Watch the grouchy smurf have the mother of all tanty's about the refs in the presser when his team loses, even though the sea beagles will win the penalty count 12-5.

Bad Sport are his middle names.
                        Comment of the year:

Andrew Johns, Semi-Final vs North Queensland ,

"It's touched Lui's hand and travelled forward but that's not a knock on"
